SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship throughout the United States.

Most orders deliver within 7-10 business days or so. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed during normal business hours.

Orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day, barring any holidays. Orders placed after 11am EST will begin processing the following business day.

Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will process on the following Monday.

In a continued effort to ensure the safety and wellness of our Fulfillment Teams, order processing time may take longer as additional safety protocols have been implemented.

After your order ships out, delivery time can vary based on your shipping method.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships out, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are no longer responsible for issues with your order and delivery. Upon confirmation of delivery, you may choose to file a claim with the local post office or the shipping provider selected at checkout during the time of purchase.
